It’s been awhile since I’ve done Photo Booth Friday, and there’s really no good reason for it other than in order for me to post pictures, I have to actually take pictures. And I’ve kind of been slacking off in that department lately.
But today Dave {yes, Dave!} dressed Lily in the sweetest little shirt, one that had been given to us when she was a newborn and I had forgotten all about. It made me think of spring and she looked so cute I couldn’t help but break out the camera and take some pictures.
And so you know…taking pictures of a busy little toddler with a camera as old as ours is like asking for a migraine. Just when you think you’ve got the perfect shot, you push the button …and 10 seconds later, the camera clicks. Of course by that time she’s moved on to some other activity and you’ve missed it altogether. So here are my {sad} attempts at getting a decent picture. We call these “action shots”. Enjoy :)
Doesn’t that shirt just scream, “Spring is coming!” I love it.

I put Ava in a short sleeve 18 month shirth this week...because...
1) I don't think we'll make it to 18 months and still have it fit AND
2) I was protesting sweaters.
